Wellbeing 'Game Changer' Workshop
Event description
Join us for this FREE interactive group workshop focused on building wellness practices to be used in everyday life. Participants can connect with others and share experiences, explore a variety of wellness options, and develop an individualised self-care plan. Participants are also welcome to bring along a partner, parent, carer or friend. Facilitated by Kate Meadows, Kate is a passionate workplace mental health consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the education setting as a wellbeing leader and facilitator. Kate is a ‘Master’ Mental Health First Aid trainer who is also experienced in working directly with clients in counselling roles.
Date: Thursday 19th June 2025
Time: 9:00AM - 2:30PM. Lunch will be provided.
Location: Betty Amsden Education Centre, Guide Dogs Victoria, 2-6 Chandler Highway Kew VIC 3101.
Cost: This workshop is FREE.
Accommodation options: If you are travelling to Melbourne and are looking for accommodation, the Guide Dogs Victoria Residence will also be available for booking. Accommodation will be at a cost to the attendee but is inclusive of meals and support worker assistance. Places are strictly limited.
