Wellbeing In Practice - Term 4 2026
Description
Explore Your Wellbeing
9-week community wellbeing program | Free or low cost
What does wellbeing mean to you?
This welcoming 9-week community program invites you to explore wellbeing from a range of perspectives — social, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual — and discover practical ways to support your wellbeing in everyday life.
Each week focuses on a different theme, combining conversation, reflection and practical activities in a relaxed and supportive community environment. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to explore what works for you and build a personal collection of tools and strategies you can continue using long after the program finishes.
What we'll explore
Week 1 – Welcome to Wellbeing
An introduction to the program and exploring what wellbeing means to you.
Week 2 – Emotional Wellbeing
Explore emotions, self-awareness and strategies that can support emotional wellbeing.
Week 3 – Social Wellbeing

Week 4 – Physical Wellbeing

Week 5 – Mental Wellbeing

Week 6 – Rest & Recovery

Week 7 – Nature & Environment

Week 8 – Getting Creative

Week 9 – Wrap-Up

Create your own wellbeing toolkit
Throughout the program, you'll develop a personalised wellbeing portfolio filled with reflections, ideas, activities, tools and strategies that are meaningful to you.
By the end of the 9 weeks, you'll have your own collection of practical resources to draw on and support your wellbeing beyond the program.
A welcoming space to explore wellbeing
This program is about curiosity rather than perfection. You don't need to have all the answers or be an expert in wellbeing. Come along, meet others, share experiences, try something new and discover what wellbeing looks like for you.
Free or low-cost to attend. Everyone is welcome.
