Workshop #3 Creative Vision (session 2)

What would your life look like if you could be stress free and unlock your full creative potential?

This transformative 90-minute workshop is designed to help you break free from mental barriers, teaching you how to consciously let go and re-channel energy into creative action.

We will explore how stress impacts your body and mind before transitioning into a creative space, where we invite you to step outside your comfort zone through hands-on art exercises.

No prior artistic experience necessary, this inclusive space is open to absolutely everyone. Come ready to play, experiment, and harness your unique creative energy in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

The workshop is open to anyone who works in Nowra CBD, including people from businesses, not-for-profits, community organisations and public-facing roles. Ten subsidised places will be available for eligible participants to continue into Vedic Meditation training, with priority given to people working in not-for-profits and community-serving roles.
