Join us for the third instalment of our Wellbeing Sessions: Stretching, designed to help you release tension and promote overall well-being. In this Stretching Session, you will embark on a journey to release physical tension and enhance your overall sense of well-being. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of gentle stretching exercises designed to relax your muscles, improve your flexibility, and bring a sense of calm to your mind and body.

Throughout the workshop, you'll be guided through various stretching poses that target different muscle groups. These exercises are designed to be accessible to all skill levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. The goal is to find a renewed sense of balance and inner peace, regardless of your previous experience with stretching or yoga.

As you move through each pose, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body and go at your own pace. The instructor will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate comfortably and safely. This session is not about pushing your limits but about finding ease and relaxation in each movement.
