Feeling stressed about exams? Take a break and visit our Stress Less Space! 💚

Join us each day during Stress Less Week (Week 13), from Monday 2 November to Friday 6 November, between 10:30 am and 11:30 am, for a range of wellbeing activities, free snacks, and a chance to take a well-deserved study break.

Delivered in collaboration with the UC Library & UCLife, the Stress Less Space is a welcoming drop-in area where students can relax, recharge, and take a break from study during the busy exam period.

Drop by and enjoy:

⭐ Stress Less Kits with wellbeing resources, affirmation cards, and useful UC support information
💌 Kindness Postcards where you can write an anonymous message of encouragement for another student
🌱 Take What You Need Wall filled with positive affirmations and wellbeing messages
🍪 Free snacks and drinks available each day
🤝 A chance to connect with fellow students and take a well-deserved study break

This is a free drop-in event, so feel free to stay for a few minutes or the entire session.

Everyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing you there! 💚
