You're invited:

Tuesday, November 24th · 11.30am AEST · on Zoom

We're visioning together what a Wellbeing Team might be, and imagining Wellbeing Teams in our own lifes, set up for mutual thriving. If it's of interest to you to explore giving and receiving with NVC, as well as design systems to work with our cultural conditioning, then you're likely to really enjoy this introductory session.

What a Wellbeing Circle might provide

A Shared map to navigate our inherited Power Dynamics

Practice making Offers & Requests (that feel vulnerable)

Experiences ‘living wellbeing’ together 'attention in the present', 'intention for mutual thriving'

Dream-provoking and energising (not chores or another to-do list)

What we'll do in this session

We'll co-create an experience - let's call it a WELLBEING IDEAS Party.

I'd love to have you there with us

If it's alive for you already...register at the link on this page!

Warmly,
Kaz
