This is a workshop for any adult humans, no matter your lived experiences. Part of being human is that we all go through different things, be it planned and pleasurable experiences or quiet the opposite. Just as our experiences are diverse, so are our needs.

Wellbeing = overall health - a combination of several aspects including emotional, physical, mental, social health and more. We are all unique and so are the components we need to leave us feeling content and happy in order to prosper.

Join registered therapist Kristen Brennan from Thereafter Therapies for an intimate and gentle morning of self- exploration into several aspects of wellbeing to assist building resilience and flourishing into the future. Your board will be a visual reminder to aid commitment to things that resonate with boosting your wellbeing in small daily steps. No need to have any art experience- just a human one.

All materials are provided (feel free to please bring any images that resonate with you that are a non-negotiable that you can add to your vision board).

This event will be held in person at the Ormeau Community Centre at 3 Cuthbert Drive, Ormeau QLD AUS 4208 in meeting room 4 from 9.30-11.30am on Saturday 11th Jan 2025. Investment is only $49 per person. Limited seats (6) to ensure intimate environment for expression.
