Wellbeing Wise and The Mindful Hub present A Morning of Connection

A morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness, creativity, and community.

Hosted by Tegan McKay and Lou Cartledge, this event is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive space.

The morning will begin with a grounding tapping meditation led by Kristen, followed by a gentle yoga session with Deanna to awaken the body. Lou will then guide a pilates flow to help build strength, balance, and connection with your body.

REMINDER: Please bring your own yoga mat.

A nourishing brunch will be provided by On The Graze, offering a moment to enjoy good food and meaningful conversation.

After brunch, Steph will lead a creative workshop, encouraging self-expression and mindfulness through creativity. The morning will close with Kristen returning for a final meditation, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

Throughout the event, Tegan will be your MC, guiding reflective journaling practices between sessions to help deepen your experience and create space for personal insight.
