Event description

Health & Wellbeing Strategies for Mothers

With Prof. Helen Bourke-Taylor

About this event

Join us for a special Women's Health Week event with Professor Helen Bourke-Taylor. Helen is an Occupational Therapist and creator of Healthy Mothers Healthy Families, which is the longest-running, most effective program for mothers of children with disabilities in the world.

Having worked with children and families for over 32 years, Helen understands the challenges mothers raising children with disabilities face and is passionate about supporting us to prioritise our health and wellbeing.

Join us as Helen shares practical strategies and tips on how even the smallest steps can make a difference to your physical and mental well-being and the health and happiness of your family.

Don't miss this opportunity to feel empowered to prioritise your health.

Who is this event for?
