🌿 The Root Chakra (Muladhara), located at the base of the spine, is the foundation of our energy system. 🎯 It's where grounding and survival instincts reside, governing essential aspects of our physical well-being like the adrenals, kidneys, muscles, and arterial blood. 💪

🩸On an emotional level, it's the epicentre of issues related to survival, including financial independence, money, and food. 💰🍽️

Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.

Breathwork helps put the brakes on acute stress responses and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure.
