Some experience includes: Large award-winning M&A and PPP transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors, often with overseas investors; Complex and business-critical technology and digital projects in the private and public sectors; Large or innovative renewable energy projects from assessment to development to operation, in generation and demand management, including through JVs and investments.
