Join us for a captivating evening co-hosted by CIPS Wellington Branch and Russell McVeagh for an interactive evening focused on navigating the complexities of IT contracting.

We'll dive into some of the most contentious issues that arise during contract negotiations and share tips and tricks on how to secure better contract outcomes from a procurement process.

Expect a dynamic conversation, with insights from both purchaser and supplier perspectives, where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and gain insights into overcoming common contracting hurdles on complex IT projects.

Drinks and refreshments are provided while you take the opportunity to discuss latest trends and best practices in the IT space.

Mei is a lawyer and director with 25 years' experience working on infrastructure, technology, energy, transport and social investment projects. She is solution-oriented and brings her commercial and legal expertise and experience to establish and enable projects that are set up to succeed. Some experience includes: Large award-winning M&A and PPP transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors, often with overseas investors; Complex and business-critical technology and digital projects in the private and public sectors; Large or innovative renewable energy projects from assessment to development to operation, in generation and demand management, including through JVs and investments.
