This isn’t a leisurely tour, this is our most thorough investigation to date, designed specifically for the keen investigator who hears a bump in the night and runs straight toward it. ​The night kicks off with our team conducting a thorough, professional-grade investigation including a Spirit box session and Sensory Deprivation. Once we’ve covered the ground, the place is yours. You’ll have the opportunity to revisit your favorite method from the evening or take the lead and conduct your own unique investigation in the areas that intrigued you most. Throughout this time, our crew will remain on standby to assist, offer technical advice, or jump in whenever you need a hand with a new experiment.

​As we reach midnight, we will shift gears for a dead-silent vigil. We’ll hold our positions in total stillness, monitoring for any knocks, bangs, or digital responses. It is the perfect, focused opportunity to capture that ever-elusive Class A EVP in the absolute quiet of the gaol’s midnight hour. It’s a hands-on, authentic experience designed for anyone ready to get serious about ghost hunting in a space that’s been holding onto its secrets for over a hundred years.

This is strictly a drug & alcohol free event. If you are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or continue to be disruptive to the group you will be asked to leave, no refund will be issued and transport from the location is at your own expense.

​What should I bring?

​Please bring a reliable torch, notepad & pen to record your findings, comfortable, warm clothing, and sturdy closed-toe footwear. This is an old gaol and the floors can be uneven. You are welcome to bring your own recording devices or ghost-hunting equipment, though our team will provide professional-grade gear for use throughout the night.

Refillable water bottle, light snacks.

We will have copious amounts of tea and coffee on hand, as well as cookies. (The dark side always has cookies).

​Is this suitable for beginners?

​Absolutely. While this is our most rigorous investigation to date, we welcome all experience levels. Our team will be right there with you to teach you the ropes, show you how to use our tech, and assist with any experiments you want to try.

​What happens if I feel uncomfortable?

​While we encourage you to face the "bumps in the night," your safety and well-being are our top priority. If at any point you feel overwhelmed or need a break, you are free to step back or head to a designated "quiet zone" for a breather. We want you to challenge yourself, but not at the expense of your comfort.

​Will we be alone in the dark?

​During the midnight vigil, we will be in total darkness and silence to maximize our chances of capturing evidence. However, you will always be with our experienced team and the rest of the group. We never leave our guests completely unattended in the dark. (Unless you're brave enough)

​Can I bring my own camera or recording gear?

​Absolutely. We encourage you to document your own findings. Whether you are using a basic digital voice recorder or high-end thermal cameras, you are welcome to use your own kit during the open investigation sessions.

​What exactly is a "Class A" EVP?

​A Class A Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) is the "gold standard" of paranormal evidence. It is a voice or sound captured on recording equipment that is loud, clear, and unmistakable to anyone listening, even without headphones. This is exactly what we are hunting for during our midnight dead silent vigil. Silence is golden, Duct tape is Silver. 😁
