The Wellington Salsa Ball brings together live music and dancers from across the region for the city’s biggest Latin dance social of the year!

Social dancing and community is at the heart of this event. With live music, an open dance floor, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, the Ball serves as a mid-winter celebration that fosters connection, joy, and a sense of occasion.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned dancer, this event is for you! Your ticket includes:

💃 4+ hours of social dancing

🎺 A 90 minute live Salsa set from Wellington’s own C-26 Salsa Band

🎧 DJ Panda playing Salsa + Bachata with a sprinkling of Zouk + Kizomba

✨ A stunning venue with a beautiful wooden dance floor

📷 Professional photos to remember the night (social dancing and photo wall)

🍹 Access to the in-house bar

Dress code:

The Ball is absolutely an opportunity to dress up! However, we encourage you to wear whatever you are most comfortable social dancing in.
