John has been a professional motivational speaker for more than 35 years. His back-ground of sports psychology, performance coaching and professional speaking, plus his own journey through depression has given John a unique and powerful approach to helping people deal with their ever increasing stress levels.

As a speaker with a story borne out of experience, not trite text book theory, his humorous but hard hitting style will have you laughing and crying. More importantly you may find yourself making big changes in your thinking processes and taking greater levels of responsibility regarding your own mental health.

Recently he has focussed on the areas of mindfulness and resilience. John has delivered 'Speakers bootcamp' for many aspiring speakers in New Zealand and has coached many of our top business professionals.
