This informal in-person event is your chance to meet new people across all types of modalities, from breathwork to mindfulness and even podcasters and connect with a supportive community.

If you're a coach, facilitator or practitioner - come hang out! Or if you're simply curious about holistic health, you're welcome too!

Why this event?

We've been fortunate enough to meet practitioners and coaches across Melbourne who are bringing holistic health to others through our work, building a tech platform, working with clients and studying breathwork and somatics. And what we've loved the most are the types of connections we've made, so we thought, why not extend that to others?

What do you need to bring?

Absolutely nothing besides yourself. This is a chance to simply be present and connect with others without doing anything other than deciding what you'd like to drink: tea, chai, or a latte? And it's on us!

Who are we?

We're Ann, Cammy & Paul. We're building community, a tech platform (in development) and passionate about how wellness reaches those who need it, when they need it.

But this isn't about our work. This is about you.

We're also partnering with Kemi from The Gardener's Apothecary, whose cafe is part of an arts and creative social enterprise.

What if I don't know anyone?

If you're curious, come. Our last event was full of people who didn't know each other or us at the start of the day.

Why are you doing it for free?

Right now, the world needs more give and less take. We've experienced what a simple cup of coffee can do - the conversations it starts, the people it brings together. This is our small way of making more of that happen.

How to get there & parking?

On-street parking around the area is generally free for 2 hours, and you can find plenty of open-air car parks on Marlborough St. We've deliberately chosen a place that's easy to reach. There is also the 78 tram and Balaclava Train Station, a few minutes away.
