Wellness and Reablement for CHSP and Aged Care Providers: This reflective practice, delivered in partnership with South Coast wellness and reablement professionals, offers practical takeaways aged care workers can implement with clients and provides conversation starters. 

It helps identify areas for improvement within your service and gives concrete steps to better meet the needs of older people while ensuring compliance with the new Aged Care Act, which emphasises maintaining or improving individuals’ physical, mental, cognitive, and communication capabilities.

We are currently running this workshop face-to-face, however, we are offering a hybrid option if that suits you better.
