Enjoy a rejuvenating morning session of Pilates with the talented Amanda Crane on the beach near Mayfield Estate cellar door, with the stunning overlook of Great Oyster Bay. This will be followed by a quick dip in the ocean (optional!) and access to the wonderful Elsewhere Sauna for those who are keen.
