Wellness & Wind-Down... because mums deserve a night to recharge!

Join us for a special FREE Social Mums Club evening of wellness and connection, hosted at Fernwood Newstead. We’ll ease into the weekend with a taster of reformer pilates, time to explore the recovery room (massage chair + infrared sauna), then try a body scan and relax in the lounge. You’ll also have the chance to totally unwind with a guided body stretch to finish.

Afterwards, we’ll come together over bubbles and nibbles, which is the perfect way to wine-down with a welcoming group of local mums.

Fitness level: All fitness levels can be catered for by our experienced instructor, from beginners through to confident
What to wear: gym gear or comfy clothes you can move easily in. If you wish to use the infrared sauna please bring a towel and swimwear to change into.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…

We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
