Join us for a day of self-care and pampering through holistic healing and wellness.

Fall is here and its time to set your clock back to taking care of yourself. We will have different sessions for you to try and leave feeling more connected, energized and ready for the fall!

Take a break and take care of you with healing sessions geared to help you reset, rest and heal your body and mind.
