Join us for a morning of strength and community with a full-body, machine-focused workout — designed just for women.

This session is perfect if you’re ready to build confidence in the gym, learn how to use strength machines properly, and connect with like-minded women in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Whether you’re a total beginner or just want to feel more comfortable lifting, you’ll get hands-on guidance without the fear of people watching or feeling like you’re doing it wrong.


What to Expect

  • Supportive, inclusive environment: Whether you’re new to training or returning, this session is designed to make you feel comfortable and confident.
  • Full-body strength workout: Engage in exercises aimed at building confidence, strength, and proper technique, tailored to all fitness levels.
  • Expert coaching in women’s health: Led by Kaitlin Willmott (KaitWFitness) a dedicated Women’s Health & Fitness Coach, and Sage Monkman, an Exercise Scientist and Epigenetic Health Coach - both specialising in women’s health and wellness. 
  • Community connection: Meet and connect with like-minded women in a supportive setting—come alone or bring a friend. 
  • Post-session social and Q&A: After the workout, enjoy complimentary refreshments and healthy snacks, with time to ask questions or simply chill & chat!
  • Take-home 4-week training plan: Receive a structured program to maintain consistency and continue building confidence in your fitness journey. Leaving with renewed motivation for your personal health and fitness goals.
