WELLNESS DAY - Hearing, Eye and Dental checks

Eligible unpaid carers are invited to take some time out for themselves at this FREE respite event for relaxation and an opportunity to connect with like carers who live in your local community.

Description of the event: Better Health Network's Community Nursing Team has partnered with Hearing Australia and Australian College of Optometry to offer free hearing and eye checks

This is a great opportunity for community members to receive dental, hearing and eye assessments. Participants may also be eligible for discounts on glasses, hearing aids and dental care.
Carers should hold a health Care or Pension card to attend this event.

Morning Tea and refreshments will be provided at this event.
