  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

Event description

Wellness Day.

A FREE event focussing on general health and mental health & wellbeing. This year we are paying special attention to the carers in our community and the invaluable role they play.

The program includes interesting and motivational speakers, information, activities, pampering, health checks and more. Our aim is to create an event where you can relax, reset and be inspired.

Be engaged and educated by inspiring speakers, connect with local service providers, be pampered, enjoy craft and mindfulness activities, and treat yourself to a delicious lunch.

Doors Open 10:30am for an 11:00am start.
