Embrace the power of Black History Month with us! Join our wellness event this Saturday, Feb 24th, from 11am -3pm. Elevate your mind, body, and spirit through a invigorating workout with GOODFORM STUDIOS, soul-nourishing yoga lead by Dazzell Elite .Inc, and thought-provoking discussions on intention, connection, and the vital role of wellness in our Black communities.
