Description

Join us at Canberra Museum and Gallery for some lunchtime art engagement, aimed at decompressing and boosting focus through a creative and mindful break in the middle of the workday.

Each session of this 6-week pilot program runs for 30 mins. Beginning with a body scan or other mindfulness exercise to prepare us, we will then explore art on display at CMAG through a facilitated engagement activity. The sessions are designed to support slowing down, connecting and discovering new ways of viewing.

As this is a pilot program, we will be collecting feedback from participants via a short, 2 minute anonymous questionnaire at the conclusion of each session. In return for your valuable feedback we are offering each session for free and gifting a CMAG coffee voucher for each completed feedback sheet.
