Chelsea from Arrowtown Apothecary will then lead a session focusing on natural female health, followed by a hands-on medicinal tea workshop, guiding you to craft your own personalised blend. The morning will be filled with LSKD Goodies, protein packed treats from Schnack, Lululemon Giveaways plus much more.
