Wellness on the River invites you to trade your to-do list for an hour of movement, mindfulness, and fresh air. Set against the backdrop of the St. Joseph River, this summer series features yoga and Pilates classes led by three local instructors, each bringing their own unique style, experience, and approach to wellness.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful morning or evening by the water, Wellness on the River offers the perfect opportunity to invest in yourself this summer. Classes are designed to be welcoming for all experience levels, making it easy to join for a single session or make it part of your summer routine.

We're also excited to partner with Evermore Juice Bar and Base Bowls to offer optional wellness-focused add-ons through the series, including fresh juices, smoothie bowls, salads, and other healthy offerings available for pre-purchase thought out the series.

PILATES W/ SUE ZVONAR: Enjoy a mat pilates class focused on core strength and mobility. This class is low impact and great for any fitness level! You'll leave class feeling taller, stronger, and ready for whatever the day throws at you!

YIN YOGA W/ ANN CAMPBELL: This Yin Yoga class is a journey of stillness, reflection, and deep restoration. Through long-held, supported postures, students are invited to slow down, soften resistance, and connect with the wisdom of the present moment. Woven throughout the practice is a gentle storytelling experience, offering meaningful themes and imagery that inspire mindfulness, self-discovery, and inner peace. Together, the combination of Yin Yoga, storytelling, and sound healing offers a nurturing space to restore balance, cultivate presence, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
