With the change of season it’s very important that all of us know how to cleanse our body temple, how to be in nature with ourselves and with our families and also know how to reset and cleanse with herbs. WorldBeat Center has an incredible herb class with our herbalist, Cindy Saylor. We also have an upcoming Moringa workshop with San Diego Moringa guru, Mariko Davis. On Sunday, October 27th she will be teaching how to harvest moringa as well as a few recipes.
