Wellness Reset 2.0
Are you in need for a little nurturing? In need to slow down and give a little back to self? This Wellness reset indulgence is the perfect way to disconnect from the stress and busyness of life and connect with nature, other lovely conscious people but most importantly our true selves.
All our sessions start of with community and connection exercises that not only help you connect with yourself, others and great flow into the breath work journey. We drop into our heart with a cacao ceremony to lead us into the breathwork and ice baths The breathwork ice baths are run by qualified experienced facilitators to make sure you have the best possible. After the ice baths we offer the cherry on top with a nice nurturing restorative yoga that will help ground you and continue that flow of deeper connection within. We finish off our session with closing ceremony allows you reflect and share your experiences and perspectives.

Cacao 🍫
Sacred Cacao is a safe & effective way to assist you to open your heart and energy system, to heal and receive knowledge that you already have at a cellular level.
The medicine of the sacred cacao is sourced from Central and South America and prepared with ritual, specifically for each group we hold
We say the sacred cacao contains spirit, and as we guide you in your meditation & healing the cacao helps facilitate a very special vibration of connection to all that is.

"Ceremonial cacao was traditionally used by the Ancient Mayan Shamans in ceremony to travel between the worlds, to travel beyond the veil. To do this, the shamans infused their cacao with spirit, giving the ceremonial cacao a spiritual dimension not found in other cacao sources.
Ceremonial cacao leads you to the door to the heart, to the spiritual dimension, but it does not push you through like other plant medicines.
💨 Breathwork 💨
Breathwork is a modality that requires participants to hyperventilate whilst being supported closely by our facilitators. This event will be doing holotropic breathing focus on the use of conscious-connected breath to release emotion which may present as stress, tension and physical pain that is stored in the body.In order for the experience to be of value to all present it is vital that all people attending feel free to express themselves either vocally or through physical body movement.
We encourage you to come with an open mind and open heart and let your breath take you on a journey to help release and grow.

Ice baths are not only physically method for helping with muscle soreness, recovery and pain relief but is a great tool to really improve our health and mental state. It acts as an external stressor on the body which helps the body and mind more effectively adapt and deal with stress. Consciously getting into the ice baths allows us to get back into our bodies finding a deeper mind to body connection. They are a challenge but if you are up for the challenge really allows you to strength and calm your mind, have control over emotions and vastly improve your mood. The after effects of the cold allow blood to flow more freely improving circulation, immune system and burning calories for hours after.
