Clare Incher, owner of Meditate & Create Art Workshops, is collaborating with the Communities at Work Community Development program, to bring to you a set of specifically designed Watercolour Art Workshops called ‘Wellness with Watercolour’.

About the Workshops

Clare is bringing creativity and nature together in seven community based therapeutic sessions (one every month June-December 2022). You can attend as many as you like (or even just one) though we encourage you to come to all! No experience is necessary.

Each workshop is A$30 and the tickets need to be purchased individually for each session. (Note: while the workshop is mainly aimed at adults, children aged 12+ may attend as well, at the same price of $30).

Why Wellness with Watercolour?
It has long been known that Art has the potential to heal from within and this is especially true for the art of watercolours. When the artmaker concentrates on the 'process' of creating, you become totally absorbed in the activity and that effectively gives your mind a break. These workshops promote healthy and positive wellbeing, and can kickstart your regular arty self-care practices.

Join us for some relaxing community fun every month starting in June. Come along for all 7 workshops or choose the ones you are called to do… your soul will thank you!
