Description
This creative group workshop uses expressive writing and reflection as personal tools, to trace or map a future pathway for participants who have experienced a significant health event, or who live with a long-term health condition. The activity is designed to explore and reflect on one’s health journey, tapping into curiosity and creativity to provide personal insights, help boost mood, and to encourage the regular practice of journalling. No writing experience is necessary.
