Join us for GUIDED WELLNESS WALKS - a series of eight MBSR-inspired hikes through the breathtaking Open Space Preserves of Silicon Valley. These walks blend the proven techniques of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with the natural beauty of the region to promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical relaxation. As you traverse gentle trails and serene landscapes, you'll learn to cultivate mindfulness in motion, deepening your connection with the environment and yourself. ADULTS ONLY.

Friday, July 19 - 10:30 - 12 PM at Almaden Quicksilver 21785 Alameda Rd. San Jose, CA 95120

What you need to know:

We will gather in a grassy picnic area and begin with a short arrival and grounding meditation
We are hiking the Deep Gulch and English Camp Trail Loop (2.5 miles)
This trail is generally considered a moderately challenging route
Bring water and sun protection
Wear clothing that will cover your legs
Potluck lunch @ 12 pm for those who want to socialize and nourish

- bring a picnic blanket
