These walks blend the proven techniques of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with the natural beauty of the region to promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical relaxation. As you traverse gentle trails and serene landscapes, you'll learn to cultivate mindfulness in motion, deepening your connection with the environment and yourself. ADULTS ONLY.

What you need to know:

We will gather in a grassy picnic area and begin with an arrival and grounding meditation
We are hiking the Hotel Loop Trail (2.4 miles)
This trail is generally considered a moderately challenging route
Bring water and sun protection
Wear clothing that will cover your legs
Potluck lunch @ 12 pm for those who want to socialize and nourish

- bring a picnic blanket
