Welcome to Wellness Wednesday's hosted by Sculpt Reformer Pilates!

We are so excited to once again offer a reformer pilates class to our lads, at a massively discounted rate! Whether you have been before or are new to this event, grab a ticket. Come to a reformer class, and join us for a coffee after :)

Please arrive at 7:50 (10 mins before the class begins), in fitness gear (grip socks can help if you have them but normal are also fine).
