We’ve teamed up with Sculpt Riccarton to bring you an inclusive mid-week morning reset on Wednesday 21st May 🧘‍♂️✨

Reformer Pilates has long been a favourite in the fitness world, but this Wellness Wednesday, we aim to provide a safe space for men and gender diverse people to try a different form of exercise.

Here’s the lowdown:

📍 Sculpt Reformer Pilates – 61 Mandeville St, Riccarton


🕗 Class starts at 8AM – Arrive 10 minutes before hand!


🧦 Wear active gear, bring a drink bottle – grip socks provided
