About the Workshop

Wellness Wings® is a full-day, trauma-informed mental fitness workshop designed for women in business and leadership. Adapted from the RACGP-accredited program originally created for healthcare professionals, this experience offers tools and strategies to help high-achieving women manage stress, build resilience, and lead with clarity and compassion.

Led by Marie Bernardo, an ICF-accredited coach and certified trauma-informed meditation teacher, the workshop blends evidence-based frameworks with somatic and mindset practices, all tailored to support sustainable well-being and performance.

Founder of Co-Active Life Design®, Marie is an ICF-accredited coach and certified trauma-informed meditation teacher with extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy, and somatic approaches. She specialises in helping individuals navigate overwhelm, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with inner strength, offering a compassionate, personalised, and evidence-based approach to sustainable well-being.
