Join us for a special spring workshop that Warriors Team Brisbane has organised for our lovely community.
We all have experienced the effects of how our fast-paced and stressful lives impact our bodies and minds. As a result, we can easily feel distress and anxiety, especially at this time of the year when it feels like we are rushing towards the end and we want to achieve many goals.
Among this busyness, we can find it hard to prioritize ourselves and set some time out to rest and restore.
Therefore, we have created this 3 hour workshop that includes yoga techniques and meditation to experience a deeply relaxing and restorative afternoon along with a talk about the foundations of a plant based diet. You will be transported to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart and you will walk out of the studio feeling peaceful and restored. Guaranteed!
With a relaxed body and mind, you will have more clarity, be more productive and energetic and it will be easier to balance your life.
