Unsure where to start with Aged Care Services?

Consumer feedback indicates confusion across the community regarding manoeuvering the Aged Care landscape.  This is a consumer focused information session in a relaxed social and COVID safe setting.

During this session, you will hear from two representatives from The Regional Assessment Team who will assist you navigate the Aged Care journey, demystifying the issues including how to register for services and what to expect at an assessment. Facilities for My Aged Care registration will also be available. Post event you will be able to engage with community businesses in the Sutherland Shire offering services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program including Home Modification Solutions, Sutherland Food Services & Activus Transport – your Wellness Champions as well as Clever Care Now offering blood pressure testing.

The Expo is FREE and includes refreshments, information bag and a $15 Club Menai Bistro voucher for use at the conclusion of the first information session.
