Consumer feedback indicates confusion across the community regarding manoeuvering the Aged Care landscape. This is a consumer focused information session in a relaxed social and COVID safe setting.
During this session you will hear from guest speaker Carrie Hayter, a leading Aged Care advocate and academic. Carrie’s presentation will clearly distinguish the difference between the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Package Program allowing you to review your options. Post event you will also have the opportunity to engage with community businesses in the Sutherland Shire offering services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program including Home Modification Solutions, Sutherland Food Services & Activus Transport – your Wellness Champions as well as Clever Care Now offering blood pressure testing.
The Expo is FREE and includes refreshments, information bag and a $15 Club Menai Bistro voucher for use prior to the session commencing at 1:00pm.
