Join us for a morning of mindfulness, movement, nature and fun designed just for young girls ages 9-12 years old!Â
Unlock a world of inner peace, joy, and growth for your daughter; our yoga wellness morning is more than just a fun morning out in nature, it's an transformative experience that equips young minds with essential life skills they'll carry with them forever.
With changing bodies, hormonal fluctuation, friendship circles dynamics to navigate, increased digital world risks and school work load pressures; being a young girl in our modern times comes with its own set of challenges. Having the right tools, positive experiences and community of like minded peers is essential for journeying through this period in a supportive and healthy way.
Imagine your daughter learning to navigate emotions, build resilience, and cultivate inner calm - all while having an absolute blast and making new friends! Through playful yoga asanas, energetic games, creative storytelling, and engaging breathwork, we'll introduce her to the magic of mindfulness. They'll explore ancient wisdom and meditation through kid-friendly approaches; discovering tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and self-care that most adults wish they'd learned early in life.
Our monthly term based wellness mornings are set out in the beautiful Bunyaville forest on our own very private deck overlooking the forest, includes a simple plant based morning tea and any material required for the session as needed will be supplied.Â
Enjoy a few hours to yourself exploring the forest around you while your daughter is attending the session; there are some nice picnic spots around and grassy shaded areas to pull up a blanket with your favourite book and keep cup brew. Please note there is an adult yoga asanas class on the deck form 8:15am-9:30am so please arrive after this time.
Throughout the morning, girls will:
- Learn simple yoga poses that promote strength and flexibility
- Practice breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety
- Explore mindfulness activities that encourage self-awarenessÂ
- Engage in positive group activities to enhance confidence and emotional resilience
- Leave with tools they can use in their daily life for relaxation and wellness
This event offers a safe and supportive space for young girls to unwind, have fun, and discover the power of yoga and mindfulness for their well-being.
What to Bring:
Comfortable modest clothing, a yoga mat, drink bottle, walking shoes, hat and a positive attitude!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Chantelle is an experienced, enthusiastic, fully qualified kids meditation and yoga instructor who is trained to work with children and young people. She has a background in youth work, holistic wellness coaching and is a home educator too. She has a warm and down to earth manner and enjoys introducing people of all ages to the amazing healing Science of Yoga. She holds senior first aid qualifications and a current Working with Children check. She is beyond excited to share in this positive morning with your daughter and share what has changed her life, and many people she has supported over the past decade of teaching with the yogis of future!
