Join me for a 30 minute workout to get your body moving, mind cleared and good vibes bouncing.

There will be no equipment necessary, just bring yourself, a water bottle and good energy.

Session will be via Zoom.
You’re free to join with your camera on or stay hidden away training in whatever your heart desires.

Workouts will have modified exercise options demonstrated so you can work at your own pace within your own capabilities.

Workouts will be recorded (myself only in view) and sent through to you if you’re unable to make the log in time.
