West Art welcomes Jim E Brown with Health Club + Monk Mode
Description
Poet and Artist/Activist Jim E. Brown was born in Manchester on September 10, 2001, just one day before 9/11. He is an alcoholic and has several degenerative conditions. Don't believe me? Grab a ticket and see for yourself. He'll be playing a whole bunch of tunes. Maybe twice.
Opening the night are Health Club and Monk Mode, two of Lancaster's finest noise machines. In Health Club's own words: We write songs. We play music. We know your deepest secrets.
It's gonna be a pretty killer show, with plenty of storytelling, laughing, and, of course, drinking! Grab your friends, get your tickets, and join us!
What to expect at the show:
>> Doors will open at 6:30 pm. The show will start at 7:30 pm.
>> Tickets are $25 in advance, and $30 at the door if not sold out. As always, we’re proud to present an all-ages show!
>> Parking is available on the street around F&M College. We suggest finding a spot on the park side of Buchanan Ave, Race Ave, or College Ave (North of Buchanan). Thank you for helping us be good neighbors!
>> Format: This will be a standing show in City Hall with limited seating available. Our space is ADA accessible, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs.
>>The Art Bar is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm with a full espresso menu, beer, wine, cocktails, N/A drinks, and tasty bites from local bakeries. Come settle in before the show, and linger after for a nightcap!
>> Please note that all ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased using digital payment methods include a small service fee. Cash purchases at the door are not subject to this fee. Thank you for supporting great music!
