Based in Chicago, Sharp Pins is the solo project of Kai Slater, who's making their mark by blending the sounds of the 60s and 70s rock and roll scene. Recently, Sharp Pins played Chicago’s Lincoln Hall, opening for Indie rock artist Kate Bollinger’s“Songs From a Thousand Frames of Mind” Tour. With jokes thrown at the crowd, cheers ringing out between each indie rock and roll track, and some serious talent, Sharp Pins rocked Lincoln Hall’s stage. And now, they're here to rock West Art.

Joining them is Super Vehicle and John Smith Voyages!

What to expect at the show:

>> Doors will open at 6:30 pm. The show will start at 7:30 pm.

>> Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 at the door if not sold out. As always, we’re proud to present an all-ages show! Reserved balcony seating is also available for purchase.

>> Parking is available on the street around F&M College. We suggest finding a spot on the park side of Buchanan Ave, Race Ave, or College Ave (North of Buchanan). Thank you for helping us be good neighbors!

>> Format: This show will be in City Hall, and will be mostly standing, with some very limited seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also have reserved seating in the balcony available for purchase until sold out. Our space is ADA accessible, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

>> If you haven't yet discovered the magic of the West Art Coffee⚡Bar, now's your chance! We're open from 7 am-10 pm daily, with a full and delicious espresso bar menu, along with a lovely selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, plenty of N/A options, and some tasty bites from our favorite local bakeries. Something for everyone, all day long! Come hang out before the show and experience it for yourself!
