With gins from 6 Award winning Perth Distilleries, come along to experience just how different gins can be - and what goes on behind the scenes at distilleries to create the amazing flavours in your glass. Ranging from an internationally-recognised London dry style, to a unique pickle gin, learn about the variety of production methods distillers use to impart their own unique character in their gins.
Afterwards, kick on with bar service by the Livid Skate crew - with craft gins at house pour prices, a selection of antipasto boards and cafe favourites, and a spritz menu curated from each of the featured gins.
