Sydney based collective The Album Show presents “The West Coast 70’s”.

This show consists of a 6 piece show band of experienced and accomplished musicians/singers, playing a setlist of bonafide hits from one of the most significant periods in the development of contemporary pop music, the ‘California’ scene from the 70’s. This period was the perfect melting pot of rock and roll, pop and country music at a time that showed the emergence of the singer-songwriter.

Showcasing the biggest hits of The Eagles, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, Linda Ronstadt, The Doobie Brothers and many many more, this two hour plus show, featuring a whole band of vocalists (including Sophie Jones and Michael Carpenter) and first rate musicians, the show will take you on a journey where you’ll see how interwoven the paths of these artists were, and hear a timeless catalogue of material.

With striking visuals, a super tight band, soaring harmonies, engaging banter and more denim than should be allowed on one stage, The West Coast 70’s are ready to take you back in time with a night you’re bound to never forget!!
