During West Side Fest: Shoreline Strolls, you’ll have the chance to learn more about Gansevoort Peninsula's fascinating ecosystems from our River Project team. From a sandy shoreline beach with tide pools to a pine grove, pile field, and salt marsh, it is also one of the most fascinating sites to learn about local ecology.
The tour will meet at the Gansevoort comfort station. We encourage guests to bring binoculars, wear comfortable walking shoes and to bring a hat and/or sunglasses.
