The Community Care Leaders Forums provide a platform for strategic and organisational leaders in Western Sydney to consider priorities and solutions across the aged care, disability, and disability advocacy and community care space, to shape and inform social policy to more effectively support older people and people with disability, and to collaborate, partner and network with agency colleagues.
