Plenty Valley Village: Midwife Mumma Sleepy 1-3 years old Masterclass

We've partnered up with our favourite sleep consultant, The Midwife Mumma (@themidwifemumma) to bring you the Westfield Plenty Valley Village x The Midwife Mumma Sleepy Masterclasses.

Mother of three, the wonderful Amelia Lamont is a midwife of over 8 years, sleep consultant, and successful blogger. Sharing her wealth of knowledge and own experience, The Midwife Mumma will be taking you through her proven baby and toddler sleep methods that have kept her own family happy, sane, content and well rested.

This masterclass will focus on 1-3 year olds and will cover topics, such as:
- Settling your baby
- Resettling your baby
- Reading tired signs
- Getting your baby sleeping through the night
- The TMM newborn wind down routine
- Early rising
- and loads more...

Each parent will also receive a copy of her sleep guide and light refreshments.

When: Monday 25th September, 9:30am - 11:00am
Where: BASE Restaurant, Westfield Plenty Valley (located next to Degani and Betty's Burgers)
Cost: $20 deposit required and will be refunded at the completion of the session.
