Colored fibers and sparkling angelina threads are sandwiched between very fine layers of natural fibers to create a gossamer scarf of your own design. This is not nuno felting! It is a wet felting technique using Anna’s “power tool” method to speed up the process. Learn a fun, unusual technique for wool, alpaca and other natural fibers.
