Wet Felted Scarf with Power Tools

Create a beautiful scarf using a base of colorful merino wool and alpaca blend, accented with long wool locks. It is felted using Anna’s power tool method - this is NOT a nuno felt! Each scarf is a unique piece of wearable art! All supplies included, please bring a pair of sharp scissors.
